 Sold to Spain May 17 1978.
 Fate Stricken and scraped in 1991.

NOA was sold by the United States to Spain on 17 May 1978. The ship served in the Spanish Navy as SPS Blas de Lezo (D65), named after Adm. Blas de Lezo y Olavarrieta. She was stricken and scrapped in 1991.
